When your delicious condiment or snack arrives , refrigerate please. The good live gut bacterias likes room tempetures and will let you know by becoming fizzy (they are exploding to feed your gut). The best way to settle them down is a litte time in the refrigerator before eating. They love being included with all you meals and snacks.
How long is my snack or condiment good for after opening?
Your product will last 4 months or longer after opening, in the refrigerator.
How often should I eat fermented foods?
The short answer is as much as you can. Eating fermented foods daily will strengthen your immune system, reduce bloating, control weight, and will help many digestive issues.
If you are new to eating fermented foods start with 1 tablespoon of sauerkraut or 1 pickle a day. Work your way up to eating them daily with every meal.
